Order Policy

  2. Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within  2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    • During high-demand periods, processing times may vary, and we will notify you of any delays.
  3. Order Changes or Cancellations

    • Changes or cancellations can be made within  12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support at Contact@Clothingzilla.com.
    • Once the order has been processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
  4. Shipping and Delivery

    • We offer shipping across USA. Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method.
    • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
  5. Order Issues

    • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within  48 hours of delivery. We will promptly resolve the issue.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
    • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for returns.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
      • Intimate apparel 
      • Accessories
      • Sale or clearance items
    • Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.
  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@clothingzilla.com with your order details and the reason for return.
    • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  5. Exchanges

    • We offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  6. Final Sale Items

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
